First Generation
According to her age on Mary's[1] death record in Kingston[2] she was born about 15 Nov 1661 and died 12 Nov 1742 aged 80 yrs., 11 mos. and 27 dys. She was married twice, first by 1678[3] Wrestling Brewster and second, Duxbury 23 May 1700 John Partridge (two children, but no Mayflower link). By her first husband, Mary had eight children (Duxbury): Mary (1678/9), Jonathan (c1682), Sarah (c1684), Abigail (c1686), Hannah (1688), Elizabeth (c1690), John (c1692) and Wrestling (1695).
Second Generation all born Duxburrow (now Duxbury)
Mary Brewster was born 10 Feb 1678/9 and died Kingston 17 Apr 1761. She married about 1697 Joseph Holmes and they had ten children: Joseph (1697), Wrestling (1698/9), Ephraim (1700), Mary (1701), Sarah (1703), Abigail (1705), Jonathan (1709), Micah (1714), Lydia (1717, d.y.) and Keziah (1719).
Sarah Brewster was born about 1681 and died before Oct 1732.[4] She married Duxbury 4 Mar 1705/6 Caleb Stetson[5] and they had eight children: Abisha (son, 1706/7), Elizabeth (1709), Barzillai (1711), Joshua (1714), Jerusha (1716), John (1718 prob. d.y.), Jedediah (1721) and a child (1722, likely d.y.)
Abigail Brewster was born about 20 Mar 1683 and died Kingston 6 May 1761 aged 78 yrs. 1 mo. 16 dys.[6] She married Duxbury 28 Oct 1707 Elisha Stetson and they had five children: Sarah (1708), Egloth (dau, 1710), Zerish (dau, 1712), Hopestill (dau, 1715) and Elisha (1719).
Hannah Brewster was born about Sep 1688 and died Duxbury 8 Jan 1763. She married Duxbury 1707 Benjamin Alden and they had eight children (Duxbury): Mary (1710/1), Sarah (1712, likely d.y.), Elizabeth (1714-1771 unm.), David (1716/7), Ichabod (1719), Bezaliel (1722), Wrestling (1724) and Abiather (1731).

To date, no one who has identified themselves as being a matrilineal (all female line) descendant of Mary, wife of Wrestling Brewster has publicly revealed they have mtDNA testing. This testing may help identify some branches of the family.
