Biography

First Generation

Joshua3 Ripley (John, William [II]) was born Hingham 9 Nov 1658 and died Windham, CT 18 May 1739. He married WIndham 28 Nov 1682 Hannah Bradford and they had twelve children (Windham): Alice (1683), Hannah (1684/5), Faith (1686), Joshua (1688), Margaret (1690), Leah & Rachel (twins 1693), Hezekiah (1695), David (1697), Irene (1700), Anna & Jerusha (twins 1704).

Second Generation

Joshua Ripley (II) was born Hingham 13 May 1688 and died Windham, CT 18 Nov 1773. He married Windham 8 Dec 1712 Mary Backus and they had nine children: Mary (1716), Phineas (1716), Hannah (1718), Nathaniel (1721), Elizabeth (1724), Joshua (1726), Ebenezer (1729), William (1733) and John (1738).
