He married Duxbury 4 Jan 1699/1700 Priscilla Alden and they had seven children (Stonington): Mary (1702), Priscilla (1704), Nathaniel (1706-1709), Amos (1708/9), Hannah (1712), Sarah (1715) and Prudence (1721/2).
