First Generation

Puella Hussey was born Nantucket 10th 10 mo. 1677, daughter of Stephen Hussey and Martha Bunker. She died Barnstable before 23 Sep 1748. Puella married Nantucket in May 1695 Shubael Gorham and they had ten children (Barnstable): George (1696/7), Abigail (1699), Lydia (1700), Hannah (1703), Theodate (1705), Daniel (1708), Desire (1710), Ruth (1713), Deborah (aft 1714) and Jonathan (d.y.)

Second Generation (all born Barnstable)

Abigail Gorham was born the latter end of Mar 1699

Lydia Gorham was born 14 May 1701

Hannah Gorham was born 28 Jul 1703

Theodate Gorham was born 18 Jul 1705

Desire Gorham was born 26 Sep 1710

Ruth Gorham was born 7 May 1713

Deborah Gorham was born after 1714

To date, we know of no matrilineal (all female line) descendants of Puella HUSSEY Gorham, who has taken a mtDNA test (and publicly posted their results). Anyone who believes they are a matrilineal descendant (ie mother's mother's mother's etc.) is encouraged to contact MayflowerDNA1620@gmail.com.
