Biography
First Generation
(Capt.) Peter Bennett was baptized Beverly 30 May 1675, son of John Bennett & Deborah Grover. He died Middleborough 22 Oct 1749. Peter married Bridgewater 20 Oct 1700 Priscilla, daughter of Isaac Howland and they had eleven children (born Middleborough): Elizabeth (1701?), Isaac (1703?), Joseph (1704), Susanna (1707), Peter (1709?), Priscilla (1711), Anna (1713-1714/5), Jedediah (1715-1745 unm), Jael (1717), Nathan (1720) and Deborah (1722/3).

The Bennett surname DNA Project currently does not name the Most Distant Known Paternal Ancestor (MDKPA) of testers, so it is impossible to determine if any descendants of Peter Bennett have done Y-DNA testing.
