First Generation
Puella Hussey was born Nantucket 10th 10 mo. 1677, daughter of Stephen Hussey and Martha Bunker. She died Barnstable before 23 Sep 1748. Puella married Nantucket in May 1695 Shubael Gorham and they had ten children (Barnstable): George (1696/7), Abigail (1699), Lydia (1700), Hannah (1703), Theodate (1705), Daniel (1708), Desire (1710), Ruth (1713), Deborah (aft 1714) and Jonathan (d.y.)
Second Generation (all born Barnstable)
Abigail Gorham was born the latter end of Mar 1699[1] and died Barnstable (Hyannis) 28 Jun 1778. She married Barnstable 25 Oct 1716 James Lovell (II) and they had eleven children (Barnstable): Ruth (1718), Abigail (1719), Daniel (1722), Desire (1726), Susannah (1728), Deborah (1730), James (1732), Lydia (1735), Puella (1738), Shubael (1740) and Anna (1743).
Lydia Gorham was born 14 May 1701 and died Nantucket 1 Mar 1763. She married Nantucket 8 Sep 1729 Joseph Worth and they had twelve children (Sherborn [Nantucket]): Abigail (twin, 1721), Anna (twin, 1721), Nathaniel (1723), Reuben (1725), Silvanus (1727), Joseph (1729), Lydia (1731), Miriam (1734), Thomas (1736), Daniel (1739), William (1741) and Shubael (1745).
Hannah Gorham was born 28 Jul 1703 and died Nantucket 16 Aug 1751. She married twice, first Nantucket 24 Oct 1726 William Manning and second, Nantucket 21 Dec 1732 (as his second wife) William Stubbs. By her first husband she had two children (Nantucket): David (1727) and Phebe (1729). By her second husband she had two more children (Nantucket): Rebecca (1736) and Ann (1740).
Theodate Gorham was born 18 Jul 1705 and died Nantucket 6 Apr 1787. She married twice, first Nantucket 2 Nov 1727 Francis Coffin and second, Nantucket 4 Dec 1735 Reuben Gardner. By her first husband she had three children (Nantucket): Peleg (1728), William (1730) and Judith (1732). By her second husband she had four more children (Nantucket): Reuben (1736), Thaddeus (1739), Shubael (1742) and Naomi (1746).
Desire Gorham was born 26 Sep 1710 and died Sherborn (Nantucket) 5 Nov 1801. She married Nantucket 2 Sep 1728 Zachariah Bunker and they had nine children (Nantucket): Jonathan (1729), Shubael (1731), James (1733), Simeon (1736), Elizabeth (1738), Desire (1741), Zachariah (1744), Francis (1746) and Andrew (1752-1779 unm.)
Ruth Gorham was born 7 May 1713 and died Middleborough 2 Sep 1792. She married Barnstable 12 Jan 1731/2 Cornelius Bennet and they had nine children: Cornelius (1732 d.y.), William (1734), Ebenezer Livy (1736/7), Christianna (1739), Batchelor (1742), Philip (1745 d.y.), Sarah "Sally" (c1747), Theodate (1751) and Silvanus (1754).
Deborah Gorham was born after 1714 and died Nantucket 21 Apr 1787. She married Nantucket 11 Dec 1735 Beriah Fitch and they had twelve children (Sherborn [Nantucket]): Eunice (1736), Lydia (1738), Jonathan Gorham (1740), Pernal (1742), Phebe (1744), Lucinda (1746), Beriah (1748 d.y.), Reuben (twin, 1750), Shubael (twin, 1750-1753), Puella, Deborah (1755) and Jedediah (1762).
Third Generation
Ruth Lovell was born Barnstable 20 Mar 1718 and died Nantucket 24 Jun 1803. She married Nantucket 28 Nov 1734 Josiah Clark and they had two children (Nantucket): Reuben (1735) and Abigail (1741).
Abigail Lovell was born Barnstable 14 Oct 1719 and died Norwalk, CT bef Feb 1760.[2] She married Barnstable 8 Dec 1737 Joseph Gorham and they had eight children (Norwalk): Joseph (1738), John (c1740), Daniel (1743), Susannah (1747), Abigail (1750), Deborah (c1755), Rachel (bp 1760) and Theodate (bp 1760).
Desire Lovell was born Barnstable 9 May 1726 and died Fairfield (Green's Farms, now Westport), CT 17 Nov 1810. She married 4 Oct 1750 Dennie Chapman and they had eight children (Green's Farms, Fairfield [now Westport]): Elizabeth (1751), Mary (bp 1753), Lovel (1755), Dennie (1756), Abigail (1758), Eunice (bp 1760), Daniel (bp 1762) and James (bp 1767).
Susannah Lovell was born Barnstable 18 Jul 1728 and died Otisfield, ME abt 1801. She married Barnstable 30 Jan 1753 Benjamin Lovell and they had five children: William (?1758), Dennie (1763), Deborah, Susannah and Lydia.
Deborah Lovell was born Barnstable 13 Nov 1730 and died bef 13 Oct 1802 (husband's will). She married Barnstable 26 Feb 1751/2 Josiah Gorham and they had six children (Nantucket): James (1754), Josiah, Deborah, child (d. 1759), Abigail and child (d. 1760).
Lydia Lovell was born Barnstable 19 May 1735 and died aft 20 Mar 1786 (husband's will). She married Barnstable 16 Dec 1756 Silvanus Stuart/Stewart and they had five children (Barnstable): Puella (1757), Solomon (1759), Remember (1762), Lydia and Silvanus.
Puella Lovell was born Barnstable 12 Jul 1738 and died there 25 Mar 1766. She married Barnstable 7 Feb 1760 Thomas Goodspeed and they had three children (Barnstable): Simeon (1761-c1778), Thomas (1762) and Puella (1765).
Anna Lovell was born Barnstable 9 Jul 1743 and died Saratoga, NY bef 30 Mar 1810 (husband's will). She married Barnstable 26 Dec 1764 David Rumsey and they had eleven children: Puella (1766), Daniel (1768), Daivd (1770), Benjamin (1772-1773), Benjamin (1774), Lovell (c1777), Joseph (1779), Lewis (1781-1802 unm.), Stephen (1783), Anna (c1785 d.y.) and child (bp 1788).
Abigail Worth was born Nantucket 23 May 1721 and died there 24 Apr 1788. She married twice, first Nantucket 1 Apr 1738 George Bunker and second, Nantucket 9 Dec 1743 Benjamin Bunker. By her first husband she had one child: Lydia (1739). By her second husband she had four more children: Anna (1744), Barzilla (1754), Timothy (1756) and Elijah (1763).
Anna Worth was born Nantucket 24 May 1721 and died there 31 Oct 1795. She married twice, first Nantucket 8 Apr 1738 Abraham Macy and second, Nantucket 16 Oct 1755 (as his second wife) Tristram Swain. By her first husband she had four children (Nantucket) Abraham (1739), Simeon (1742), Anna (1744) and Reuben (1746/7). By her second husband she had two more children: Phebe (1756) and Seth (1763-1780).
Lydia Worth was born Nantucket 12 Dec 1731 and died there 17 Jul 1776. She married Nantucket 8 Feb 1749 Peleg Bunker and they had nine children (Nantucket): Miriam (1752), Latham (1755), Abial (1760), Anna (1762), Paul (1764), Rufus (1766), Ursula (1768), Phebe (1770 and Lydia (1773).
Miriam Worth was born Nantucket 22 Apr 1734 and died there 15 Nov 1763. She married Nantucket 5 Oct 1751 Jonathan Gardner and they had five children (Sherborn [Nantucket]): Phebe (1753), Miriam (1755-1756), Huldah (1758-1848 unm.), Naomi (1761-1762) and Miriam (1763-1845 unm.)
Phebe Manning was born Sherborn (Nantucket) 16 Jul 1729 and died Edgartown in Nov 1788. She married Nantucket 27 Jul 1746 Matthew Mayhew and they had thirteen children: Susannah (1747), William (1748), Sarah (1750), Phebe (twin, 1752), Rebecca (twin, 1752 d.y.), Jonathan (1754 d.y.), Mary (1756), Thomas (1759 d.y.), Anna (1761), Puella (1763), Matthew (1766), Thomas (1769) and Elizabeth (1771).
Rebecca Stubbs was born Sherborn (Nantucket) 25 Nov 1736 and died there 21 Dec 1818. She married Nantucket 20 Jan 1758 Prince Hayden and they had seven children (Nantucket): Abishai (1758), Phebe (1764), Rebecca (1767), Mary (1770), Hannah (1776), Sally (1776) and Prince Gorham (1777).
Ann Stubbs was born Sherborn (Nantucket) abt 1740 and died Boston in 1785. She married Hull 3 Dec 1761 (as his second wife) Elijah Pope and they had four children (Dorchester): John (1762), Ann (1763), Sherebiah (son, 1765-1765) and Rachel (1768).
Judith Coffin was born Nantucket 13 Aug 1732 and died there 29 Mar 1821. She married Nantucket 6 Dec 1750 Nathaniel Hussey and they had ten children (Sherborn [Nantucket]): Judith (1752-1752), Francis (1754-1777), Libbeus (1755-1755), David (1757), Phebe (1758), Rachel (1760), Peleg (1762), Abraham (1765), Nsthaniel (1767) and Alexander (1769).
Naomi Gardner was born Nantucket 29 Aug 1746 and died there 16 Nov 1827. She married Nantucket 5 Jan 1764 Francis ZChase and they had eleven children (Nantucket): Lydia (1764), Elizabeth (1766), Naomi (1769), Miriam (1771), David (1773-1787), Judith (1776), Obed (1778), Francis (1781), Paul (1784), Eunice (1787) and Phebe (1789).
Elizabeth Bunker was born Nantucket 18 Sep 1738 and died there bef Oct 1775 (widow remarried). She married three times, first Nantucket 25 Jul 1756 Robert Rider (no children); second, bef 1761 James Riddell; and third Nantucket 9 Nov 1769 (as his first wife) Barnabas Briggs. By her second husband she had one child: Elizabeth (1761). By her third husband she had one more child: Phebe (1771).
Desire Bunker was born Nantucket 16 Aug 1741 and died there 13 Sep 1801. She married twice, firest Nantucket 1 May 1766 Eber Benthall and second, Nantucket (int. 24 Dec 1775) Abner Coffin (II). By her first husband she had one child: Ebef (c1770). By her second husband she had three more children: Peter (c1776), Isaac (c1778) and Phebe (c1780).
Christiana Bennet was born Dartmouth 15 Sep 1739 and died Nantucket 18 Dec 1794. She married Nantucket (int. 19 Oct 1771) (as his third wife) Samuel Russll and they had three children (Nantucket(: Theodate (1773), James (1776) and Sally (1778).
Sally Bennet was probably born Middleborough in 1747 and died there 23 Oct 1811 in her 64th year. She married Middleborough in 1767 Ebenezer Wood and they had five children (Middleborough): Wilkes (1770), Gorham (1774), Sally (1776), Theodate (1779) and Horatio Gates (1789).
Theodate Bennet was probably born Middleborough 28 Jan 1751 and died there 18 Jul 1797. She married twice, first bef 1770 Thomas Long and second aft Apr 1777 Elias Miller. She only had two children by her first husband: Christiana (1771) and Silvanus (1776).
Eunice Fitch was born Nantucket 12 Sep 1736 and died Guilford, NC aft Nov 1792. She married Nantucket 9 Jan 1755 Benjamin Barnard and they had ten children: Elisha, Eunice, Frederick, Lucinda, Libni (1764), Lydia, Mary, Matilda, Shubael (1777) and Timothy.
Lydia Fitch was born Nantucket 13 Nov 1738 and died there in Oct 1804. She married Nantucket 20 May 1762 Simon Glover and they had six children (Nantucket): Benjamin (1766), Ezekiel (d. 1796), Jemima, Reuben (1774), Phebe (1778) and Rachel.
Pernel/Parnel Fitch was born Nantucket 17 May 1742 and died there 6 Jun 1815. She married Nantucket 13 Jan 1763 Samuel Whippy and they had two children (Sherborn [Nantucket]): Mary "Polly" (1763) and Christiana (1772).
Phebe Fitch was born Nantucket 8 Jun 1744 and died aft 1784.[3] She married twice, first Nantucket (int. 3 Jan 1767( Thomas Turner and second Nantucket 8 Nov 1774 John Burns. No children known by either husband.
Lucinda Fitch was born Nantucket 18 Sep 1746 and died aft 1791. She married Nantucket 29 ay 1765 John Squires and they had one child who died 1768.
Puella Fitch was born Nantucket about 1752 and died Cayuga Co., NY about 1827. She married twice, first Nantucket 7 Jul 1774 Benjamin Pearce/Pierce (no children) and second, Lebanon, CT Jan 1783 James Newcomb. By her second husband Puella had nine children: James (1783), Gorham (1785), Lothrop (d.y.), Cromwell (1790), Lydia, Sally, Leonard (d.y.), Hiram (c1802) and Puella (d.y.)
Deborah Fitch was born Nantucket Oct 1755 and died Weymouth 23 Oct 1844. She married twice, first Nantucket 7 Jul 1774 William Wheeler (no children) and second about 1778 (Dr.) James Torrey. By her second husband she had nine children: James Gorham (1779), Sarah (1783), Susannah (1785), Beriah Fitch (1787-1788), Reuben (1789), Nancy (1790), Belinda (1792-1799), Lucinda (1793) and Lavinia (1795).

To date, we know of no matrilineal (all female line) descendants of Puella HUSSEY Gorham, who has taken a mtDNA test (and publicly posted their results). Anyone who believes they are a matrilineal descendant (ie mother's mother's mother's etc.) is encouraged to contact MayflowerDNA1620@gmail.com.
