First Generation
Penelope Pelham was baptized Bures St Mary, Suffolk 25 Apr 1633, daughter of Herbert Pelham and Jemima Waldegrave and died Marshfield 7 Dec 1703. She married abt 1657 (Gov.) Josiah Winslow and they had an infant daughter (b & d 1658), Elizabeth (1664), Edward (1667) and Isaac (c1671).
Second Generation
Elizabeth Winslow was born Marshfield 8 Apr 1664 and died Pembroke 11 Jul 1735. She married Marshfield 4 Sep 1684 Stephen Burton and they had three children (born Bristol, MA [now part of RI]): Penelope (1686-1686/7), infant (1687/8-1687/8), Elizabeth (1689/90 unm.) and Thomas (1692/3).
Conclusion
There is no surviving matrilineal/mtDNA line for Penelope Pelham.
