Biography
First Generation
William Harlow was said to have been from Sandwich, Kent, England and born about 1600. He died in Plymouth about 1665. His wife was Lucy Wraske and they had at least one son, William.
Second Generation
(Sgt.) William Harlow was born about 1624 and died in Plymouth 26 Aug 1691. He married three times, first in 1648 to Rebecca Bartlett; second to Mary Faunce; and third to Mary Shelley. He had three children by his first wife: Samuel, Rebecca & William.

Previous Y-DNA testing
The Harlow surname project Lists nine male Harlow's in Group: Lineage I - Plymouth (Haplogroup R). One individual has SNP tested to R-P312>ZZ11>U152>L2>DF103>FGC4166>BY1020.
Further needed testing
We need additional direct male-line descendants of William Harlow to WGS/NGS test to refine it further and delineate descendant clades.
