Biography
First Generation
Simon3 Eyres/Ayers (IV) (Simon [III], Simon [II]) was born Boston 6 Jun 1652 and died New Haven, CT bef 12 Nov 1695. He married New Haven 22 Jul 1679 Elizabeth (Allerton) Starr[1] and they had five children (all but youngest born New Haven): Lydia (1680), Simon (1682-1758 unm.), Isaac (1683/4), Benjamin (1688) and Elizabeth (1691 Boston).
Second Generation
Isaac Eyres/Ayers was born New Haven, CT 23 Feb 1683/4 and died Elizabeth, NJ aft Jan 1743. He was married and had at least: Samuel.
Benjamin Eyres/Ayers was born New Haven, CT 19 Jun 1688 and died East Hampton, NY 1 Sep 1753. He married East Hampton 9 Apr 1713 Deborah Parsons and they had five children: Benjamin (c1713), Elizabeth (1717), Isaac (c1720), Clemens (dau, c1723) and William (p1726).
Third Generation
Samuel Eyres/Ayers married Sarah ___ and had three children (all bp. 16 Nov 1768): Phebe, Isaac & Lydia.
Benjamin Ayers (II) was born East Hampton, NY abt 1713 and died there 5 Dec 1797. He married twice, East Hampton 16 Oct 1740 Elizabeth Osborn and second aft. 1750 Elizabeth ____. By his first wife he had: infant son (d. 1740), Isaac (d. 1771 unm.) and Simon (c1756 no further record).
