He married Yarmouth 1659 Deborah Willard and they had twelve children: Deborah, Mercy, Judah (1659), Bethiah (1662), Samuel (1664), Lydia (1666), Paul (1669), Mary (1672), Ann (1675), John (c1678), Richard (1680) and Daniel (1682).
