Roger Chandler was born about 1590 and died sometime after May 1646. He was likely related to [[Chandler (Y-DNA)|Edmund Chandler]] who also spent some time in Leiden before emigrating to Plymouth Colony. Roger married Leiden 21 Jul 1615 Isabel Chilton and they had: Samuel (likely d.y.), Sarah, Martha and Mary.

Since Roger's only known son likely died young, his Y-DNA line does not continue.
