The name of her mother is currently Unknown.</ref>. Esther died there 1 Nov 1770. She married twice, first Plymouth 23 Feb 1703 [[Cushman (Y-DNA)#Third Generation |Elkanah Cushman (II)]], then 25 Oct 1716 [[Warren (Y-DNA)#Third Generation |Benjamin Warren]]. By her first husband she had four children (Plymouth): Elizabeth (1703), Elkanah (1706 m Lydia Bradford), James (1709 m _____) and Hannah (1713). By her second husband she had two more children: Joseph (1717) and Mercy (1721).

It is currently believed she had no children by any of her spouses.

Esther had no surviving mtDNA line through Benjamin Warren. It is currently unknown whether there is any surviving matrilineal line through her first husband, Elkanah Cushman (II).
